Connect Document360 with Microsoft Azure to leverage cloud services for documentation hosting, identity management, and automation.
Overview
The Azure integration allows organizations to use Azure Active Directory, Blob Storage, and Azure Functions to extend Document360 capabilities within their existing Microsoft cloud ecosystem.
Prerequisites
- An Azure subscription with admin access
- Document360 project admin access
- Azure app registration credentials (tenant ID, client ID, client secret)
Setup Steps
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Azure in Document360.
- Register a new application in Azure Active Directory.
- Copy the tenant ID, client ID, and client secret from Azure into Document360.
- Configure Azure Blob Storage for asset hosting if required.
- Set up Azure Active Directory group mappings for user access control.
- Click Save.
