# Chatbot Branding and White-Labeling

Customize the chatbot's visual identity to align with your brand, including logo, colors, and bot name.

Why Brand Your Chatbot?

A branded chatbot:

  • Creates a seamless experience consistent with your product.
  • Builds user trust by matching your visual identity.
  • Reinforces your brand even in automated interactions.

Available Branding Options

Option Description
Bot Name Display name shown in the chat header.
Bot Avatar Upload a custom icon (PNG or SVG, 64×64 px recommended).
Primary Color Header and button color.
Background Color Chat window background.
Font Match the widget font to your site typography.
Widget Icon Custom icon for the collapsed chat bubble.

Removing "Powered by Document360"

Enterprise plan customers can remove the "Powered by Document360" branding from the chat widget.

To enable:

  1. Go to Settings → Chatbot → Branding.
  2. Toggle Remove Powered by Document360 to ON.
  3. Save changes.

Custom Domain

Enterprise customers can serve the chatbot widget from a custom subdomain (e.g., chat.yourbrand.com) for full white-label control.

Logo Usage Guidelines

  • Use a high-contrast image that is clearly visible against the chosen primary color.
  • Avoid transparent backgrounds if the icon blends into the header.
  • Test on both desktop and mobile views before publishing.

Summary

Full branding and white-label support on Enterprise plans ensures the chatbot feels like a native part of your product rather than a third-party tool.
