# Google Workspace Integration

Connect Document360 with Google Workspace to enable SSO, sync team members, and embed Google Drive assets in documentation.


Overview

The Google Workspace integration allows organizations to authenticate users with Google accounts, manage team access through Google Groups, and embed Google Drive content such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides into documentation articles.


Prerequisites

  • A Google Workspace account with admin privileges
  • Document360 project admin access
  • Google OAuth 2.0 credentials (client ID and secret)

Setup Steps

  1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Google Workspace in Document360.
  2. Click Connect with Google Workspace.
  3. Authorize Document360 using your Google Workspace admin account.
  4. Configure Google Groups to map to Document360 reader groups.
  5. Enable Google Drive embedding in the article editor settings.
  6. Click Save.
