Integrate Document360 with Slack to receive real-time notifications about documentation updates directly in your Slack channels.

Overview

The Slack integration allows your team to stay informed about changes in your knowledge base without leaving their primary communication tool.

Prerequisites

• A Slack workspace with admin permissions
• A Document360 project with admin access

Setup Steps

1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Slack in your Document360 dashboard.
2. Click Connect with Slack.
3. Authorize Document360 to access your Slack workspace.
4. Choose the Slack channel where notifications should be sent.
5. Configure which events trigger notifications (e.g., article published, article updated).
6. Click Save.
