Connect Document360 with Microsoft Teams to receive documentation update notifications in your Teams channels.

Overview

The Microsoft Teams integration ensures your team is always notified about important documentation changes, directly within Teams.

Prerequisites

• Microsoft Teams with admin or channel permissions
• Document360 project admin access

Setup Steps

1. In Document360, navigate to Settings → Integrations → Microsoft Teams.
2. Click Connect to Teams.
3. Sign in with your Microsoft account and authorize the connection.
4. Select the Teams channel for notifications.
5. Choose the events you want to track.
6. Click Save.

Supported Events

• Article published or updated
• Category created or deleted
• New team member added
• Feedback received on an article

Using the Teams Bot

Once connected, you can also use the Document360 bot in Teams to:

• Search articles by keyword
• Get quick links to specific documentation
• Receive summaries of recent changes
